We had a great day at Whakapapa Ski Area facilitated by Trav and Nick training on Waterfall Hole extractions and cliff raise and lowers. The new training facility provided by RAL aka the ‘Cave’ is perfect for all weather exercises and provides easy access anchors as well as snow and rock for realistic options. A film crew from NHNZ was also capturing the operation for a documentary coming up in the new year. Thanks to all those who made the effort to come on up.
